Cancellation Policy

We would feel regretful if you choose to cancel your booking with DHARIKA TOURISM PRIVATE LIMITED. However, we acknowledge that in most cases, such cancellations are necessary.

If you find it necessary to cancel your tour, kindly submit a written cancellation request. Any changes or refunds will be processed based on the date we receive your written cancellation.

Refunds for any travel services that were not provided to you will be issued according to the following policy:

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure: No retention charges will be applied.
• 1- Cancellation between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the full payment per person will be charged.
• 2- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the full payment per person will be charged.
• 3- Cancellation between 15 and 1 days prior to departure: 100% of the full payment per person will be charged.
• 4- Any additional cancellation fees imposed by service providers (such as banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) affiliated with DHARIKA TOURISM PRIVATE LIMITED will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that if you substitute a traveller, it will be considered as a reservation cancellation and subject to the above cancellation fees.

Once the tour has commenced, we are unable to provide any refunds for unused services (including, but not limited to, hotel accommodations, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to early departure, late arrival, or missed days on the tour.
